One of my most favourite families, my gorgeous friends the Nation family. It’s fair to say that it was very hot and very bright on the day of our photoshoot at Lancing Beach but the kids handled it really well… after all it is hard work being a model when all you really want to do is throw some pebbles about!! We were having one of the last (and only) days of Summer this year with beautiful blue skies and very hot weather. With no clouds to give any shade from the heat or the brightness we sought out the shelter of the glorious huts that line the beach. Right on the pebbles they make an excellent backdrop for family photos especially with little ones as they can sit of the railings and be the same height as the family which is more flattering for the adults!
The family looked glorious in their well thought out wardrobe. When having your family photos taken, I always think that is is nice to have a colour palette of clothes that compliments each other.
The beautiful weather meant that we could see all way down the coast beyond Brighton and the pier towards Eastbourne and in the other direction, Worthing and beyond.
